——抗油污,水汽,高温,高寒环境,可工作于全球大部分地区;

——模具采用加粗氮化处理导柱,模具刃口材质采用SKH-9钼钨高速钢,寿命大于10万次(冲铝材建议用煤油冷却刃口,以防铝屑粘刃口导致模具损坏);
— The big guide pillar of mould is treated through nitriding and the cutting edge is made of SKH-9 Molybdenum-tungsten high speed steel that the service life is over one hundred thousand times (If the workpiece is made of aluminium, the kerosene shall be used to cool the cutting edge in order to avoid the aluminum scraps stick to the cutting edge that will damage the mould).

— Maximum linear feeding speed: 56 meter per minute.
——最长加工料长6000MM,可在同一工作面冲孔加工两种以上孔形,尾料长度30mm以内.
— Maximum length of workpiece is 600mm. It can punch two shape holes in one machining face and the tailing length is within 30mm.
——孔距精度±0.15MM.确保每根管材冲好孔后,反复冲,冲刀不移位,准确落到之前冲好地孔里面.
—Hole spacing tolerance: ±0.15mm. The stamping knife will not displaced after punching tube repeatedly. The stamping knife will be at the position of original hole if one tube is punched twice.
——冲孔压力15吨.(冲直径16.5MM孔,10MM厚铝板,抗剪强度按200MPa计算,需要理论压力为10.36吨).
— Punching force is 15 ton. (If the punching hole diameter is 16.5mm, the workpiece is made of 100mm aluminium plate and the shearing strength is supposed to be 200MPa, the theoretical pressure shall be 10.36 ton.)
——系统自动扫描机械各部件运行情况,液晶显示屏自动显示系统工作状态.检修故障不用逐一检查线路,方便维护保养.
— The system automatically scans the running condition of every part of the machine. The LCD screen automatically displays the working status of system. It needn’t to check each circuit during trouble shooting. Consequently, the maintenance can be done easily.
